About Sayva Wellness
Dr. Simrat Singh, BSc, DO, FACOOG, RCST
My mission
My mission is to bridge conventional medicine with a deeper appreciation of the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
How I came to this work
During my work as an obstetrician and gynecologist, I felt called to offer more personalized, whole-person support. Listening to my patients inspired me to explore how emotions, life experiences, and social influences shape our sense of well-being.
In May 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 lockdown, my daughter Sayva was born with a rare congenital condition. As both a mother of four and a physician, I found myself navigating a world of medical appointments, uncertainty, and difficult decisions.
Alongside my own journey of self-discovery, this search led me to craniosacral therapy, reiki, meditation, and mindfulness.
Today
Today, I bring these approaches together with compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique path. I am certified at the Reiki Master level in the Usui lineage. My work offers space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and develop practices that support everyday life.

Our Philosophy
Healing Is Not Linear
Healing is not a straight line, nor is it a destination we arrive at once and for all.
Our experiences are layered. The beliefs we carry, the emotions we have learned to suppress, the roles we have assumed, and the ways we relate to ourselves and others are often deeply interconnected.
Sometimes, healing invites us to revisit familiar patterns - not because we have failed to move forward, but because we are meeting them from a new place of awareness and understanding.
At Sayva Wellness, I honor the interconnected nature of mind, body, and spirit. My approach creates space to explore the emotional, physical, and energetic dimensions of our experiences, recognizing that each person’s journey unfolds in its own time and rhythm.
There is no single path, no prescribed timeline, and no expectation of perfection. Simply an invitation to deepen our relationship with ourselves, one layer at a time.
We do not heal in a straight line. We return to ourselves in layers
